Information Needed for All Covers
#1 U-Joint Size / Series:
Determine the U-Joint size. Heavy duty U-Joints are separated into 2 size ranges; 1710 series (under 7" u-joint cross) & 1810 series (over 7" u-joint cross).

Measure the drive shaft outside diameter (O.D.) with a diameter tape measure or deep jaw calipers. Drive shaft mounted cover kits are part numbered according to (a) Shaft Diameter (b) Standard or Large U-joints (DSK or DLK respectively). *Tip: you can also use a C-Clamp & measure between..
