Like all Protector U-Joint Covers, the Slip-Yoke mount for 2" diameter is installed with the driveline in place on the vehicle. Assembly is quick and secure. Align one of the two openings over the grease zerk, hook the tabs on the u-joint enclosure & click positively in place. Align the 4 stainless bolts with captured nylock nuts & tighten the Protector snugly to the slip-yoke.
