Like all Protector U-Joint Covers, the u-bolt end yoke mount for 1330 series is installed with the driveline in place on the vehicle. Assembly is quick and secure. Remove the nuts & washers from the u-bolts, place the protector on the u-bolts, align and clip the hook tabs in the enclosure area, install the included crush limiter/washers, replace and torque the nuts evenly to not more than 20ft lbs. CAUTION: Over tightening can damage u-joint caps and needle bearings.
